X³Fintech Transforming Private-Market Investing with Connected
Infrastructure Model
Integrated technology is designed to connect the private-market investment lifecycle from onboarding and capital formation through ownership, administration and potential liquidity
TORONTO - Aug. 27, 2026 - X³Fintech Inc. is publicly announcing today a new model for private-market investing, designed to replace fragmented infrastructure with one connected financial ecosystem.
Private markets have expanded rapidly, while the technology supporting capital formation, investor onboarding, compliance, administration and ownership has remained fragmented across multiple systems and providers.
X3’s vision is to replace the traditionally fragmented private-market investment lifecycle with one connected technology ecosystem.
“Private-market investing shouldn’t require issuers and investors to navigate a maze of disconnected systems at every stage,” said X3 Fintech Founder and Chief Executive Officer Jakob Ripshtein. “We’re building infrastructure where the pieces work together, with compliance embedded throughout the investment lifecycle – creating a more seamless path from raising capital and bringing investors onboard through managing ownership and, ultimately, creating new possibilities for liquidity.”
Closing the Technology Gap in Private-Market Investing
X3 is working to fundamentally change the architecture of private investing.
Rather than improving a single point in the investment process, the company is building a compliance-first infrastructure designed to connect traditionally separate functions – including investor onboarding, third-party payment integrations, administration, ownership records and, ultimately, secondary transactions – within a more unified system.
Revestio, the investor-facing private investment platform powered by X3 technology, is already supporting live private-market activity, including active offerings under Regulation D and Regulation S, and an SEC-qualified Regulation A offering.
RNG, the entity behind Ocean Yield, Revestio’s first maritime offering, recently reached a significant regulatory milestone in mid-August when its Regulation A offering was qualified by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission – tangible evidence that the model is moving from vision into real-world application.
“In private markets, compliance is often treated as a series of checkpoints layered onto separate systems,” said X3 Fintech Founder and Chief Compliance Officer Benjamin Higham. “The opportunity here is to design the infrastructure so those requirements are accounted for as transactions move through the lifecycle, rather than forcing issuers and investors to reconcile disconnected processes after the fact. That can create better consistency, clearer records and a stronger operational foundation as new investment models and technologies emerge.”
Building the Next Layer of Private-Market Infrastructure
That live market activity forms the foundation for X3’s next phase of development.
The roadmap includes tokenization and fractionalization technology, proprietary transfer-agent infrastructure and a planned alternative trading system, subject to applicable regulatory requirements and approvals.
Together, these additions are designed to extend the ecosystem beyond capital formation and onboarding into digital ownership and administration, and, subject to applicable regulatory requirements and approvals, potential secondary-market capabilities.
Certain capabilities remain under development or planned and are not currently operational.
Built for the Breadth of Private Markets
X3’s infrastructure is designed to extend across a wide range of real-world and alternative asset classes – from real estate and infrastructure to energy, maritime assets, digital infrastructure, private debt and other emerging opportunities.
That flexibility is central to the model. Rather than building separate technology around each new investment category, X3 is creating an infrastructure layer designed to accommodate new offerings as private markets continue to evolve.
“The private-market landscape spans real estate, infrastructure, energy, transportation, digital infrastructure and entirely new investment categories still taking shape,” said X3 Fintech Founder and Chief Strategy Officer Okan Altug. “What those investments share is the need for trusted infrastructure around how capital is raised, investors are brought onboard, ownership is managed and transactions move forward. If we can build that connective layer once and make it adaptable across asset classes, new investment products don’t have to start by rebuilding the financial infrastructure underneath them.”
The company believes that model can reduce operational fragmentation for issuers and investment platforms while creating a foundation for a more efficient and accessible private-market ecosystem.
X3 expects to announce additional offerings, platform capabilities and technology developments in the coming weeks and months.
