Regulatory status. X³Fintech is a financial technology group. Except as expressly stated in writing, X³Fintech is not a registered broker-dealer, securities exchange, alternative trading system (ATS), investment adviser, bank, trust company, or money services business / money transmitter, and does not provide brokerage, exchange, advisory, banking, or payment services to the public. Where regulated activities are required, X³Fintech works with appropriately licensed third-party service providers, and any proprietary broker-dealer, ATS, payments, or similar capabilities remain under development or evaluation and are subject to applicable registration, licensing, and regulatory approval before launch.
