OnboardX³ (Onboard Chain OS) is the next generation of X³Fintech's onboarding and tokenization technology, currently being developed to bring the entire investor onboarding, compliance, and asset issuance process fully on-chain.
Regulation by Code
OnboardX³ is designed to embed regulatory controls for Reg D, Reg S, Reg A+, and other fund structures directly into the blockchain layer, creating a real-time, tamper-resistant record of compliance-related events. It is intended to provide greater transparency and auditability for issuers and investors. OnboardX³ is designed to support — not replace — issuers' compliance obligations, and its capabilities will be subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
As the planned evolution of our OS, OnboardX³ is designed to enable KYC/AML verification, subscription approvals, custodian workflows, token issuance, distribution, and lifecycle management to be verified and executed directly on the blockchain.
Using X³Fintech's proprietary smart contracts, native tokens are intended to be automatically minted, distributed, and managed according to predefined compliance and ownership rules.
Every mint, transfer, and burn event is designed to be cryptographically signed, time-stamped, and recorded on-chain, creating a transparent and verifiable record throughout the asset lifecycle.
